Mortarless masonry

Produced in Poland, this is an innovative modular system based on the dry stacking of elements made from natural perlite, a type of volcanic rock. Featuring a smart “click-lock” connection, the solution eliminates the need for mortar, adhesives, or insulation materials, enabling a practical, precise, and highly efficient installation.

Composed of standardized units, the system offers excellent thermal and acoustic performance, along with high fire resistance and strong structural stability. The blocks are also vapor-permeable, promoting natural ventilation and helping maintain comfortable indoor temperatures throughout the year.

In addition to improving jobsite efficiency, this technology can reduce construction waste by up to 80% and cut carbon emissions by more than half compared to conventional masonry. The production process is fully recyclable, making it an ideal solution for both large-scale developments and residential projects focused on sustainability and practicality.
